Biography :
Carolyn Dolese-Spray is a lifelong Greater New Orleans resident with an exceptional 44-year career in real estate. Born in New Orleans and raised in Metairie—where she still lives with her husband, Bert—Carolyn’s career has spanned nearly every leadership role in the industry, from Sales Associate to Managing Broker. Along the way, she served as Branch Manager, Regional and General Sales Manager, and Special Projects Manager, building a reputation for strong leadership, agent advocacy, and operational excellence. She has held numerous leadership positions at both the local and state levels, including making history as the first woman President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network (GSREIN) and serving as Past President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Her professional designations include CRB, ABR, SRS, AHWD, and C2EX.
After briefly retiring in September, Carolyn quickly realized her passion for real estate—and for helping agents grow—was far from over. A strong believer in building solid foundations for success, she chose to begin a new chapter with United Real Estate Partners, drawn by the shared work ethic, agent-focused culture, advanced technology, and supportive staff. Carolyn is excited to bring her decades of experience into this next phase of her career and looks forward to continuing to serve both agents and clients at the highest level.
